Sure there are some issues but overall it's done that way because that's what we already watch. They are catering it to people who watch these type of shows (and they are successful). I am glad to watch something with my family that might bring about ideas to help even more people. I hope people reach beyond some of the issues and do something whether they watch the show or not.
